Extra virgin olive oil

This is an extra-virgin olive oil. It has an intense green olive fruitiness, with notes of leaves, aromatic herbs and other fruits such as citrus, tomato, green almonds and many others. On the palate, it's smooth, with a slight perceptible spiciness that gives it its originality and flavor. It is well-balanced and extremely rich in nuances. Superior quality olive oil obtained directly from olives and only by mechanical means.
